OUR TESTIMONIALS

When we arrived at the clinic, I got a wheel chair & wheeled my Mom into see Dr Ron Gardner, she was in SO much pain, she couldn’t do much of anything! Getting Dressed, or walking from the house to the car was a task. After examination, we out she has 2 very worn out hips and will need to be replaced. In the mean time, Dr Ron was able to provide her with treatment, that made her feel SO much better. She actually “WALKED” out of his clinic! Amazing! We love the staff & Dr Gardner – Highly Recommended!!

Dr. Gardner is a wonderful and caring doctor. He takes the time to speak with you in depth about any concerns or issues you may have and then offers multiple options to resolve them. I drive 2 1/2 hours each way from Tampa to see him, sometimes more than once a month because I feel he and his staff are giving me the newest and the best treatments available. My success with my knees is totally due to the options and treatments I received from Dr. Gardner. Thank You. Your the BEST!!!!!

The staff here was really friendly. The place is also huge. It used to be an old VA hospital so there’s plenty of space in all the rooms. They do their own in house x-rays, MRI’S, and they soon will be doing surgery there too. There’s a Starbucks inside the place too which was surprising, they also take donations for their drinks so it’s not the typical Starbucks pricing, but it’s also not a full Starbucks menu. Physical therapy is also in this same building.

I had a total hip replacement on May 5, 2017 and was released on May 6, 2017. Dr. R Gardner and his entire staff, especially EVERY medical professional who conducted tests/ took X-Rays and those who looked after me post op, as well as, his administrative schedulers, and home health therapist are the absolute best. If you know someone is struggling, you can mention Dr. Gardner with confidence. He’s pleasant, attentive and I felt every test Dr. Gardner ordered was ordered for precaution and the tests were  important to the diagnostic process.
My hip doesn’t throb or ache. The only pain associated with an activity is when I must use the walker to get out of a chair or bed. Communication both in the history-taking segment of my visit and during discussion of the surgery and management plan is what influenced me to become a patient of Dr. Gardner. Interacting with the administrative and medical professionals at Gardner Orthopedics lowered my blood pressure and anxiety.

I’m so happy my orthopedic doctor is here!! Front office staff, nurses, physical therapists, MA’s etc. are top notch. The one thing I would love to have with them is an email or texting capability for communication, although they do answer phone messages very quickly. All in all they deserve a five star rating.

I was recently in a car accident and, among other things, sustained an injury to my shoulder.  My mother, Edith King, a nurse for over 40 years, highly recommended I seek treatment at your office.  Needless to say, I am glad that I did. My first appointment was with Valerie Starnes, your nurse practitioner. I would continue seeing her for the remainder of my care. Val treated me like family. Her concern for my injury was genuine. She spent plenty of time with me in the exam room. She answered all of my questions and even provided additional information. She truly cared for me. This is the way healthcare is supposed to be. She is an exceptional example for the medical community.  When I had to have my first injection, she was there standing next to me just to make sure I was ok.  She did this even though she was not scheduled to see me that day. I cannot convey to you enough how deeply grateful I feel about the way your practice has treated me. The front office staff are always kind and supportive and greets you with a smile every time. I wanted to thank you for the wonderful care I have been given at your practice and recognize Val for the impeccable care she provides to her patients.
